Extended changeover hours
Our normal changeover cleans are already rigorous. However in accordance with industry guidelines for this situation we are going to edge on the safe side and extend our changeover period to allow extra time to deep clean Aisle Barn between guests. Our new arrival time will now be Saturday 5:50pm and departure time will be Saturday 9.30am.
The towels and bed linen will all be washed on a 60 degree hot wash between guests. Mattress protectors and pillow protectors are to be changed between guests. Before leaving please could all used beds be stripped including the mattress protectors and pillow protectors and placed in the laundry bags provided. Could all towels be placed in the black bin bags provided. If you wish to bring your own bed linen please contact us beforehand.
Aisle Barn furnishings
Following government guidelines we have removed all unnecessary soft furnishings for now such as cushions and throws. We have also taken steps to reduce contamination by removing all books, DVDs and games from the cottages. Crockery and cutlery will be kept to a minimum and cleaned in the dishwasher between each guest. Our information folder has also been taken away for the meantime but all relevant information will be e mailed to you beforehand. Key information required for your visit will also be photocopied and left in the cottage for your own use.
Please could any rubbish or recycling be removed from Aisle Barn and left in the bins provided in the barn on the morning of your departure. Please sanitise/wash your hands before handling the rubbish and do so again when re-entering the cottage.
Staying healthy during your stay
Hand sanitiser will be available to use near the front door. Please sanitise your hands each time when entering the house, please be courteous and leave the sanitiser in position for future guests to use. Soap is available in every bathroom and in the kitchen. Please wash your hands regularly during your stay. Extra cleaning products and cloths have been added in the kitchen for you to use to keep yourselves safe during your visit. It is recommended that high contact areas are wiped down regularly with antibacterial spray. Please do not use bleach or any other bleach cleaning products as at Aisle Barn as we have bio-sewage system and these products will damage the ecology of the system.

AISLE BARN RENTAL ACCOMMODATION TERMS & CONDITIONS OF BOOKING
We know it’s not the most exciting part of a holiday, but these are important conditions as they apply to all accommodation bookings made with Aisle Barn. Let us know if you have any questions…
FLEXIBLE BOOKINGS DURING THE CORONAVIRUS PANDEMIC
We are open to visitors from 1 August 2020, depending on government restrictions and provided it is safe for our guests.
To give you the confidence to book ahead, we’re making the following temporary amendment to our rental terms and conditions during the Coronavirus pandemic.
If your holiday has to be cancelled due to UK government-mandated closure of your accommodation, stay at home directive or ban on non-essential travel, we’ll transfer your deposit to a future booking up to the end of 2022, subject to availability and variation of tariff.
We’re also waiving the requirement to pay your balance eight weeks before arrival; you’ll now only need to pay your balance one week before you arrive.
We reserve the right to revise this temporary amendment at any time. This flexible approach applies to new bookings.
